We are delighted to welcome you to Reymerston Hall for a nurturing and empowering Menopause Wellbeing Day on Saturday, June 14th. This is the third collaboration between Michelle Howard and Victoria, and we are thrilled to be hosting such a special event in our tranquil surroundings.

Begin your day with a warm welcome at 9:30 AM, enjoying a healthy breakfast snack and drink before stepping into a space designed to nourish, support, and uplift.

🌿 Understanding Menopause – Victoria will lead a session exploring what menopause is, its different stages, how it affects individuals, and practical ways to manage symptoms. This insightful discussion will leave you feeling informed and empowered.

🌿 Homemade Healthy Lunch – Enjoy a delicious homemade meal, with time to relax in the drawing room, stroll through our beautiful gardens, meet our friendly goats, or simply unwind in nature.

🌿 Menopause & Sexual Health – An open and honest conversation about menopause-related topics, including libido and sexual health—because no subject is off-limits.

🌿 Yoga for Menopause – Michelle will guide you through yoga techniques to ease hot flushes, anxiety, mood swings, and more, offering practical tools to support your wellbeing.

Come and enjoy a two-day sewing retreat in 2025 at Reymerston Hall tutored by our amazing Chris Key. Spend time sewing with a small group of lovely, like-minded people and sew what you like. Whatever your sewing ability, we guarantee you will leave feeling inspired and proud of your achievements during the retreat.

Over the course of the retreat, you will spend a minimum of 12 hours sewing a working on your project with one-on-one tutor time with Chris. 

You’ll have the use of a fully serviced sewing machine, you are welcome to bring your own machine if you prefer. Please do bring your own thread, pattern, scissors and fabric as these won’t be provided. 

There will be cutting tables provided with additional sewing supplies, such as helpful hints and tips to help you with your project along with regular tea and coffee breaks.

Spend two nights in the luxurious, elegant bedrooms at Reymerston Hall. The retreat is fully inclusive of all home cooked food and beverages throughout your stay. Which includes full English breakfast, 2 course lunch, 2 course evening dinner with a glass of wine. You can then relax and enjoy a G&T or Sloe Gin In the beautiful Drawing room by the fireside.
